How do you price your artwork?

Original artwork is priced by the square inch.

Do you take commissioned work?

I am not taking commissions at this time, if I do I will announce commission openings through my Studio Newsletter and Instagram.

Media & Features

Can I feature your work on my personal social media account or personal blog?

Yes, all I ask is that you credit me and include a link to my social media account(s) and website.

Can I feature your work in my media publication (company social media, online magazine, print media, company website etc.)?

Yes, please email me at hello@rachelmistak.com and I will be in touch.

My gallery is interested in carrying your original paintings?

I am interested in partnering with select galleries within the US, please email me at hello@rachelmistak.com to get in touch! 

Rights to All Artwork

Who actually owns the artwork after purchase?

I, Rachel Mistak, retain all rights to original artwork, prints, and products before and after purchase. This includes all rights to commissioned original artwork and rights to make reproductions of all artwork I create. When you purchase an original work of art, print, or other product you have the right to gift or display that work in your home or business, however, the original artwork, print, or product may not be resold or reproduced in any form or process unless granted through written permission by the artist.
